Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is the operational heartbeat of the marketing function—turning strategy into execution. This role bridges the gap between sales, product, and creative teams to ensure all campaigns, launches, and deliverables are cohesive, timely, and impactful. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with structure, and keeps multiple initiatives moving forward while aligning to broader business objectives. This position requires a strategic executor—someone who can translate vision into timelines, manage moving parts, and deliver polished, persuasive materials that empower the sales team, our partners, and elevate the brand.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product-to-Market Pipeline Management
- Own the handoff process between Product Development and Sales to ensure every new product is launch-ready.
 - Oversee product data, imagery, and copy across the website and distributor product sourcing tools (ESP, SAGE, Distributor Central, and others) to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
 - Verify that products are fully discoverable through optimized tagging, categories, and keywords.
 - Ensure each launch is supported with creative content aligned to brand standards and sales strategy.
 - Partner with Product to ensure brand consistency and positioning.

2. Campaign & Content Management
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and sales enablement.
 - Build sales-driven marketing assets — flyers, lookbooks, social content, digital campaigns, category sheets, and distributor decks.
 - Manage project timelines and the marketing calendar, ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with company priorities.
 - Translate product stories and technical details into engaging visual and written content that resonates with distributors and end users.

3. Digital & Sales Enablement
- Ensure all product and marketing content is live, accurate, and optimized for discoverability across the website and distributor sourcing platforms.
 - Collaborate with Director of Sales to design ready-to-sell materials for reps and distributor partners.
 - Leverage analytics, sales feedback, and distributor engagement data to continuously refine messaging and campaign performance.
 - Maintain alignment between online merchandising (website, email, and social) and field sales activity.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Sales, and Creative teams, ensuring smooth execution of launches and campaigns.
 - Lead weekly marketing production syncs to manage project priorities and handoffs.
 - Support trade show, catalog, and event preparation by coordinating timelines, content, and creative needs.
 - Keep leadership informed through calendar tracking, reporting, and campaign summaries.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement experience (preferably in the promotional products, consumer goods, or B2B manufacturing space).
 - Preferred: Strong understanding of ESP, SAGE, Distributor Central, and PromoStandards.
 - Proficiency in content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CRM/automation platforms.
 - Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 - Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of execution and attention to detail.

Key Attributes
- Sales-Minded Storyteller: Turns product features into compelling, conversion-focused narratives.
 - Cross-Functional Communicator: Seamlessly connects Product, Sales, and Creative workflows.
 - Operational Driver: Keeps timelines, tasks, and deliverables on track through strong project management.
 - Creative Executor: Translates strategy into tangible, visually compelling content.
 - Analytical Improver: Uses data and feedback to strengthen campaigns and improve ROI.

Success in this Role Looks Like
- Every product launch is on time, fully “activated,” and supported by marketing content.
 - Sales reps and distributor partners have ready-to-use tools that drive engagement and revenue.
 - Marketing projects move efficiently through the pipeline with clear communication across teams.
 - Brand consistency and storytelling are elevated across every touchpoint — web, digital, print, and events.
 - Campaign results are tracked, reported, and leveraged for continuous improvement.
