Description

Gordon Sinclair is expanding its marketing team and looking for a highly creative, design-forward Marketing Design Specialist to help bring our brand, products, and storytelling to life across digital, social, sales, and product marketing channels.

This role is ideal for someone with strong visual taste, sharp creative instincts, and the ability to turn ideas into polished, premium, commercially useful marketing assets. You are not just designing for design’s sake — you are helping shape how Gordon Sinclair shows up in the market, how our products are presented to customers, and how our brand story becomes clearer, more elevated, and more compelling.

As Gordon Sinclair builds a more strategic, growth-oriented marketing function, this person will play an important role in creating visual systems, product stories, social content, lookbooks, campaign assets, and branded materials that support brand awareness, sales enablement, product launches, and customer engagement.

You’ll work closely with Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Sales to help create a more cohesive, retail-inspired, and modern brand experience across every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys both concept and execution — someone who can think visually, organize ideas, build beautiful assets, and help turn product and brand direction into marketing that feels clear, elevated, and useful.

  • Bring a strong design eye to typography, layout, hierarchy, color, imagery, and overall presentation

Product Storytelling & Lookbooks

  • Design seasonal lookbooks, editorial-style product collections, and product marketing materials

  • Help merchandise products visually through strong layouts, imagery, hierarchy, and storytelling

  • Support product launches with creative assets that make products feel desirable, easy to understand, and market-ready

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to turn product concepts, trends, and collections into polished visual narratives

  • Bring a retail-inspired eye to how products are grouped, presented, featured, and promoted

  • Help create product stories that connect creative direction with customer needs, sales opportunities, and brand positioning

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create social-first content across platforms, including posts, carousels, stories, reels, and campaign graphics

  • Support the development and execution of content calendars

  • Help identify creative opportunities for social storytelling, product education, lifestyle content, and creator-style content

  • Assist with scheduling, publishing, and organizing social content

  • Support community engagement and social growth initiatives in a way that feels aligned with the Gordon Sinclair brand

  • Stay aware of visual trends, content formats, and creative approaches that can help the brand feel more current and engaging

Photography, Visual Assets & Content Organization

  • Organize and manage product imagery, lifestyle photography, and creative assets

  • Support lifestyle photography direction, content shoots, and product-focused visual planning

  • Assist with light photo editing, retouching, cropping, and formatting for different marketing channels

  • Help build and maintain a clean, accessible visual asset library

  • Ensure the team can quickly find and use the right imagery, templates, and creative resources

  • Help bring more structure, consistency, and polish to how creative assets are stored, shared, and used across the business

Marketing Execution & Team Support

  • Support campaign coordination, creative timelines, and marketing project organization

  • Help create materials for tradeshows, events, sales presentations, customer meetings, and branded experiences

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to understand business needs and translate them into effective creative outputs

  • Help bring structure and consistency to creative workflows as the marketing function grows

  • Balance creative thinking with practical execution, deadlines, and business priorities

  • Contribute ideas that help strengthen brand presentation, product storytelling, and the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling skills

  • Excellent visual taste and strong attention to detail

  • A thoughtful, concept-driven creative approach — someone who can understand the “why” behind the work, not just complete the asset

  • Strong understanding of modern social media, content trends, and digital-first creative

  • Ability to translate products, campaigns, and brand ideas into clear visual stories

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment

  • Organized enough to manage assets, timelines, templates, and multiple creative priorities

  • Passion for branding, lifestyle marketing, product storytelling, retail-inspired design, and premium presentation
