Gordon Sinclair is hiring a Logistics Manager for our Indiana, PA plant.

We are a promotional products supplier looking for a hands-on manager to oversee shipping and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is a strong fit for someone who likes to stay involved in the daily work, keep people organized and accountable, solve problems quickly, and make sure product moves safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and dock operations
• Support the Shipping Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor in daily execution
• Help make sure inbound and outbound product moves on time and in the right order
• Monitor workflow, shipping performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity
• Build and maintain clear processes, expectations, and department standards
• Work closely with production, customer service, and operations to solve issues and keep priorities on track
• Help improve parcel, LTL, inventory movement, storage, and material flow
• Step in where needed to remove roadblocks and support the team

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution operations
• Experience managing people in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on the floor and staying involved in daily operations
• Strong communication skills and a practical, common-sense approach
• Ability to keep people accountable while also supporting the team
• Good problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
• Experience with ERP, WMS, shipping systems, or similar tools is a plus
• Manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is helpful

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout most of the workday
• Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and more with assistance
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive hand movements as needed
